1. Service objectives
Users first, reputation first, high-quality and perfect after-sales service is the extension of our product value and an important guarantee for customer interests. The purpose of our company's service quality management system is to establish and continuously improve a scientific, reasonable and efficient service quality management system, to complete the customer's after-sales service quality assurance work fairly, accurately and timely, and to establish a good, comprehensive and sufficient service system for our company's customer service.
2. Service content and scope
To provide the most satisfactory service to Party A and achieve a win-win situation of economic and social benefits, our company promises to provide excellent products for this bid, and in a serious and responsible attitude towards Party A, before sending goods to users, the technical staff will confirm that the equipment has no faults before sending goods to users, and formulate the following service terms.
- (1) Our company promises to provide technical training for the equipment provided for this project. The training content includes operation, maintenance, and identification and elimination of simple equipment faults.
- (2) Establish a 7*12 hour duty system, and the maintenance and maintenance personnel should keep communication open.
- (3) Our company guarantees to provide the original manufacturer's quality assurance certificate and the manufacturer's supply certificate upon delivery.
- (4) The warranty period of the bidding equipment is calculated from the date of acceptance of the goods, and the warranty period is 1 year. At the same time, we provide 7*24 hours on-call emergency maintenance service. Engineers will respond within 4 hours and 6 hours according to normal working hours and abnormal working hours respectively, and will come to the door for emergency repair work within 48 hours and 72 hours.
- (5) The manufacturer's free warranty period is 1 year, and the extension is based on the manufacturer's standard warranty.
- (6) During the warranty period, if the work is affected due to an unremovable fault, the warranty period will be extended by 60 days accordingly. During the warranty period, various faults caused by defects in the equipment itself will be provided by our free technical service and maintenance.
- (7) During the warranty period, if Party A finds that the product quality and performance do not meet the standards, our company will send professional maintenance personnel to the site within 48 hours after receiving Party A's notice to complete the treatment and bear the cost; if the same equipment and the same quality problem cannot be used normally after two consecutive repairs, we will replace it with a new equipment of the same brand and model free of charge unconditionally.
- (8) During the warranty period, if the parts are damaged due to design, manufacturing, or transportation, we will replace them free of charge; if the parts are damaged due to user reasons, we will provide spare parts for a fee and replace them free of charge. Technical services include providing technical consultation and support for on-site applications.
- (9) Regularly follow up and investigate the equipment provided, eliminate the early failure risks of the equipment, and ensure the availability of the equipment.
- (10) Outside the warranty period, our company will still maintain the response service within the warranty period, waive the maintenance fee, and charge the market price of the accessories according to the cost price.
- (11) Our company is responsible for coordinating the manufacturer to provide unconditional technical consulting support for the development of the backend management system to ensure that the technical consulting needs of the backend development are met.
