Introduction Of Plug-in Steel Grating
The types of plug-in-steel-grating can be classified into four categories: plug-in-steel-grating classification: According to different insertion methods and insertion angles, it can be divided into pressed steel grating, heavy-duty steel grating, integral steel grating, sunshade curtain type steel grating, etc
◆ Pressed type interlocking steel grating: After the load-bearing flat steel is slotted, the crossbar flat steel is pressed and locked to form. Generally speaking, the maximum processing height for producing ordinary steel grating is 100mm. The length of steel grating is usually less than 2000mm.
◆ The heavy-duty interlocking steel grating is a type of steel grating product formed by interlocking high flat steel and crossbar flat steel and pressing them under a pressure of 1,200 tons. It is suitable for high-span and high-load-bearing occasions.
◆ Integral type interlocking steel grating: The load-bearing flat steel and the crossbar flat steel of the integral type interlocking steel grating have the same height, and the groove depth is half of the load-bearing flat steel. The height of the steel grating shall not exceed 100mm. The length of steel grating is usually less than 2000mm.
◆ Sunshade type interlocking steel grating: The load-bearing flat steel of the sunshade type interlocking steel grating is slotted at 30° or 45°, and the flat steel of the slot rods is slotted and pressed into shape. We can deliver grating plates of other spacings and specifications according to different needs, and can use common carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials. The height of the grating plate is less than 100mm.
